Promote awareness of cultural diversity through programs and communication. Lead the coordination of Family Night of arts event of the school.

Coordinate activities to celebrate Hedgcoxe families such as a school wide play date during family week.

Schedule office volunteers 

Promote and publicize Hedgcoxe events through news media as well as internal publication. Work with principle on enews. 

Coordinate and supervise science adventure program

Celebrate holidays, birthdays, best wishes and offer sympathy for our teachers and staff. Help coordinate supports for our familys during times of loss.

Schedule PTA workroom volunteers

Coordinate volunteers for 'Youngest or Only' (YOO) weekly distribution, collating and stapling as well as maintain classroom counts.
